Our fresh fish, organic beef, and vegetarian selections are enhanced with organic ingredients freshly picked from our gardens.
Chef Laslow’s love of food springs from his own Cuban heritage and immersion in rich cultural traditions. He sums up his culinary philosophy: “For cuisine to have sincerity, it must connect one to his cultural, natural, and agricultural heritage.”
The Blue Heron’s extensive wine list offers the perfect vintage to pair with any dish. A hand-picked selection of well crafted wines—often organically or biodynamically produced—chosen to complement the restaurant’s seasonal menus, it encompasses an exceptional international selection, including Alsatian, Spanish, Austrian, French, and Italian wines, as well as options from New Mexican and California. Chef Laslow is particularly thrilled with the Pinot Noir Collection from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The Lotus Champagne BarIn warm weather, guests may dine under age-old cottonwood trees overlooking our spring-fed ponds at the outdoor Lotus Champagne Bar. With a selection of over 30 champagnes, a special menu featuring made to order ceviches, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday Brunch, the Lotus Champagne Bar is a great way to enjoy the day, or start the evening.
We offer our full dining room menu as well. House-made herbal infused liquors, unique libations made with fresh juices, and a full bar complete the offerings. Firedancing on Wednesday Evenings
