The Blue Heron is proud to serve natural, local and organic cuisine to the public and our guests Thursday through Saturday, and for Sunday Brunch. Enjoy Chef Michael Gintert’s creative selection of pastas, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and his special Lone Mountain Ranch Kobe Beef Burger.
