In our culinary classroom guests learn about food preparation, nutrition and mindful eating. In addition to harvesting vegetables from our gardens, guests may take a field trip to a local farm or the famous Santa Fe Farmers’ Market to gather ingredients and return to the kitchen to create inspiring and nutritious farm fresh dishes.
