Yoga has been practiced for centuries to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. At Sunrise Springs, guests explore how the combination of yoga postures, breath work and awareness can provide nourishment for the body and the mind.

Activities range from relaxing and restorative yoga to more active practices for those desiring a greater physical challenge. Yoga classes are held outdoors on the dock overlooking the central pond, and in our tranquil yoga studio featuring solid cherrywood floors and expansive windows which bring the stunning natural surroundings indoors.
