What is your cancellation policy?

72 hours for rooms (or we charge you for the first night). Please inquire about cancellations for Spa Samadhi and Sages Art Center.

Is there a hot tub in my room?

We havean American-style, outdoor hot tub available to all guest of Sunrise Springs.

Do you have cribs or rollaways available for the room?

Yes, just ask at the front desk or when making a reservation. Cribs are complimentary.

Is there access to the Sauna?

Yes, the cedar (dry) sauna is available.

What other amenities do you offer?

Our exceptional grounds, satellite TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee, yoga mats, and in our casitas: DVD player, in-room safe, gas fireplace, and robes for your use.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have an outdoor, seasonal Junior Olympic Pool. Closed from October through May.

Do you have internet service?

Yes, we have complimentary wireless internet available throughout the property.

Do you have an on-site shuttle service?

We do not have an on-site shuttle service.

What should I bring with me for my stay to Sunrise?

  • Swimsuit for hot tub (and pool in warm months)
  • Sunscreen and a hat - the rays are more intense at this high altitude
  • Relaxed & layered clothing - at our altitude of 6,100 ft., there is a wider range of temperature shift within the course of a day
  • Good walking shoes - the property is large
  • Water carrier - at this altitude it's a good idea to drink lots of water.

Other Information:

All indoor spaces at Sunrise Springs are non-smoking, including guest rooms.

We appreciate your consideration that our guests travel some distance to enjoy a relaxed and tranquil environment.
