GROUP MEETINGS AT SUNRISE SPRINGS
Sunrise Springs has more than 7500 square feet of meeting space, and our meeting space is entirely flexible. Our spaces are airy and filled with light, with banks of windows overlooking our ponds, our gardens, or the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Our Blue Heron Restaurant can affordably cater your function and provide a bar for your guests, and we specialize in accommodating any special dietary needs your guests may have.
We have several different flexible meeting areas that will accommodate groups of up to one hundred fifty. Our wonderful grounds, accommodating staff, and many interesting gathering areas make us an ideal choice for functional, private, and productive meetings. Elegant meeting spaces filled with natural light, each uniquely placed on the property. Our meeting rooms have attached outdoor decks or patios.
MEETING SPACES
Moon House The Moon House is popular for meetings of up to one hundred. Its wall of windows overlook both natural spring fed ponds beyond, and it is located between our two spring-fed ponds. Moon House seats forty to sixty for dining or in conference style seating. In good weather, including the patio space, Moon House can accommodate eighty people for a banquet.
The Aspen The Aspen comfortably seats twenty in an executive conference boardroom style in an elegant setting, with an additional sitting area and a large, spectacular Japanese fireplace.
The Willows The Willows is a two-story building with a great deal of flexibility. The second floor seats fifty theater style or twenty conference style. The first floor seats forty or dining, and can be used as a break-out room, and the outdoor patio can be used for additional dining or meeting space.
The Ceremony Circle The Ceremony Circle is a beautiful circular space located surrounded by age-old cottonwood trees which has a stunning view of the entire property. With four tiers of banco seating, it is perfect for live entertainment or presentations. Many meetings have tented this area for meetings or special brunches or dinners.
Sages Art Center Sages Art Center is a two-story building containing an open and airy Tea Lobby for small groups/receptions or food service. The Gallery seats seventy-two conference style or banquet, one hundred theater style, and fifty classroom style. The Clouds Studio upstairs has a capacity of thirty, and can be divided into two break-out rooms for conferences/meetings.
The Atrium For larger meetings, the Atrium is an elegant option. The front of the room features large windows overlooking the grounds, and has two outdoor entrances. At 2500 square feet, it is our largest space, and can seat up to two hundred ten people theatre style or one hundred sixty banquet style. The Atrium has a built-in stereo system with microphone capabilities.
Outdoor Venues All four seasons are spectacular at Sunrise Springs. The Mulberry Meadow is a large grassy area near one of our spring fed ponds, surrounded by fragrant Russian olive trees, stately cottonwoods and our beautiful rose garden. The area can be tented beautifully.
