How Do I Contact You?

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours for rooms (or we charge you for the first night). Please inquire about cancellations for Spa Samadhi, Japanese Tea House and Sages Art Center.

Is there a hot tub in my room?

We have two outdoor hot tubs on property-one is an American-style, and the other a more traditional Japanese style.

Do you have cribs or rollaways available for the room?

Yes, just ask at the front desk or when making a reservation. Cribs are complimentary. There is an additional charge for rollaways.

Is there access to the Sauna?

Yes, the cedar (dry) sauna is available through the Spa Samadhi. The cedar sauna is complimentary.

What other amenities do you offer?

Our exceptional grounds, satellite TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee, newspaper, 24-hour desk, yoga mats, and in our casitas: DVD player, in-room safe, gas fireplace, and robes for your use. For all our guests: Yoga, Tai Chi instruction and Raku Pottery Studio; authentic Japanese Tea House offering open hearth and private tea gatherings.

Do you do in-room massage?

In-room massage is available to Casita guests.

Massage, Facials and Body treatments are also available at Spa Samadhi. Contact us to request an appointment.

Do you have room service?

Room service is not available due to the vastness of our property. The Blue Heron Restaurant is open for sit-down service for Breakfast 7:30-10 AM each day and for Lunch 11-2 Wed to Sun. The restaurant opens for Dinner at 5:30PM.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have an outdoor, seasonal Junior Olympic Pool.

Do you have internet service?

Yes, we have complimentary wireless internet available throughout the property.

Do you have an on-site shuttle service?

We do not have an on-site shuttle service. It's really a good idea to have a vehicle while on-site here. Shuttle services do pick-up and drop off at Sunrise Springs through several local agencies.

What should I bring with me for my stay to Sunrise?

Other Information:

All indoor spaces at Sunrise Springs are non-smoking, including guest rooms.
